Hello, my name is Gabrielle Keeton. I am a 25 year old writer, and full-time believer in the magic of stories. By day, I teach public school students. I enjoy helping students believe they can change the world. By night, I create my own worlds full of cursed kings, stubborn heroines, and gods who don’t play fair.

I write fantasy because it feels like truth in disguise: emotional, sharp-edged, and brimming with longing. NightBound: Veil Breaker is my debut novel, written between lesson plans, snack times, and bedtime stories.

I live in Kentucky with my hilarious, two-year-old daughter, my husband, our cat Luna, and our two dogs Sable and Fisher. My house is usually filled with picture books, laughter, and the glow of a screen as I write with the midnight oil. When I’m not writing, I enjoy planning my next adventure, whether that’s a beach trip, a historical deep dive, or a new country. I believe the best stories are the ones that make you feel everything and change your life a little along the way.
